Airtel Digital TV – delay and not responding to our request for replacement of set top box

I have registered complaint about my set top box on 27 September 2013.But they did not responding me on my request.I reiterated the same thing but they do not giving me replaced set top box.please give me justice.

I am mentally harassed and their technician demanded me ransom amount.

I want replaced set top box immediately because I have suffer a lot.
