Hi, from the time my set of box has been replaced with New but old model set top box from the time i am facing problem- When ever you press remote for decreasing volume a favorite popup comes every time whenever i will do this activity and vise versa. Also I am raising service request to airtel and it is getting closed without my permission even if they have not attended the problem.

Please replace new Settop Box and as a complensation punish them to give 4 months free sibscribion of the same running package.
