Airtel Digital TV – Irritating issues with Airtel IP TV

We have a IPTV of Airtel. But it has been a very irritating experience. You cannot watch the serial in one go. At several instances it the picture gets distorted, volume is lost and one gets disconnected, which is highly highly irritating. Moreover after every few minutes you see Waiting signal message popping up again and again. No one at 121 replies either. The connection is in my dad’s name. This is now getting highly irritating. I have shared several mails to Appellate haryana/ Delhi and Nodal Haryana and Delhi but no respite.

I want following actions to be taken 1. Waive of my bill for last 3 months 2. Change the entire wiring and set top box 3. Change the phone instrument which is not working and for which we have been calling airtel again and again 4. Get the issue resolved at the earliest so that we all can watch television together.
