I have sufficient balance in my Airtel Digital TV account, but I get a pop-up message very frequently on my TV while any program is running saying, “Your balance is too low, please recharge with Rs. 300 and get Rs. 15 extra.”. The message stays for 10 seconds and goes away, same keeps on repeating every 5 minutes, which creates disturbance while watching TV. I complaint it 5 times to Airtel customer care, every time they say that they are sending a mail to technical team and the issue will be resolved in 24/48 etc hours, but it never gets resolved. Customer care do not give any complaint number because this is not a general issue. They even deny to keep me in cc of the mail they are sending.
Please help me to get the issue resolved, or get my connection fee of Rs. 2000/- back so that I can take connection from different DTH service provider.
