Airtel Digital TV – no signal in tv since 13 JUL 2013

NO SIGNAL IN TV SINCE 13 JUL 2013, LODGED COMPLAINT ON TOLL FREE NO. 18001028080, EVERY DAY AND REPLY RECEIVED WAS WILL BE REPAIRED IN 24 HRS, TILL DATE IT IS NOT REPAIRED, ASKED TO REFUND THE AMOUNT PAID FOR RECHARGE RS.405/- on 11 Jul 13 ,as there is no service, balance was reduced to 340/- since 13.07.2013, now asking to cancel the connection and refund the amount what ever left till 13.07.2013 and amount paid at the time of taking new connection i.e. rs 1750/- for set top box, antenna, wire etc, previously remain un-serviceable for 8 to days (august 2012) due to antenna problem , the balance for not used was not credited to my dth a/c till date.(was repaired on 07 august 2012)and paid rs 175 for the defective parts to be replaced.

no service since 13.07.2013 till date, no refund of amount for service was interrupted for 8 to 10 days in august 2012. poor quality of antenna and wire was provided by company.

refund of full amount paid to take new connection, refund of amount for number of days service was interrupted. huge fine on company as per law for making public fool about resumption of service in 24 hrs.
