Sir,my airtl digitel tv no is 3013882721.I am not at all satisfied with the service of airtel .my digital tv is within warranty period.most of the time tv screen get black or the picture halts while it is on.I lodged informed airtel digital tv customer care several time as I lodged complaint on 23rd june,2014.They told me that engineer will visit my house by 24th june,2014 within 7.30 p.m. but now time is 7.40 a.m. and my LED is left unused from 23rd june,2014 completely, no channel is coming.I recharge every month 330 nd sometimes some hd pack with it such as 99.so the total amount is 429 rs per month.Is it not my right to get uninterrupted service from airtel. Yester day one engineer called me from airtel servicing centre and told me that it is not possible for them to give me the service.I contacked with the nodal officer.He talked me with the engineer in charge of my area,but he also did not provide me any particular time when they will come..hope for the best service.and this king of problem I am facing regularly..

Airel should give me penalty as I am not being able to any kind of channel and they are nor visiting within their given time.
