Hi My mane is dhanendra bhakane & i have an complaint against Airtel digital TV , i am giving you all the details below Airtel customer ID : 3005496725 i having this connection from long time at mumbai MALAD , but after my shifting in navi mumbai i raised the request for relocation on my connection, as well as they said that you have to recharge with some amount that is called SAFE CUSTODY . So that i recharged my account with 300 rupees for safe custody , after that i am continues coordinating with airtel TV care executive for the shifting of my connection from MALAD to NAVI MUMBAI ( KAMOTHE ) but no response from them, suddenly last month i got the SMS from Airtel Care your connection recharge with 300 rupees from your safe custody . how can they use my safe custody for recharging my account without installation of my connection , and bad thing in that the connection with me but not installed yet and they deduct 300 rupees from my safe custody , From last 3-4 month my Airtel connection not active and they are keep calling for month-ally recharge how come ? Last but not the least they using some bad word while conversation for connection shifting. right now connection with me in an Dead condition and this is from last 3-4 month ….
