Airtel Digital TV – poor customer service

I have two DTH connection of Airtel Digital TV. To upgrade my 1st connection from normal connection to HD+ connection I entered a request no:32336723 on 4th August’13 and the same attained by the service engineer of Begusarai on 5th August’13 and replaced my old set top box with HD+ set top box and take back the old set top box but not deliver me the new remote for the same and inform me that with in 30 minutes my upgrade connection will resume and collect Rs 2200 from me which is more than applicable. still now my upgrade connection is not started and more than 10 times I contact customer care and every time by both customer care representative and senior customer care representative ensure me that with in a hour my service will restart and the extra money taken from me will refund by the service engineer but still now my service is not started and also the extra amount not refund to me.

I want to disconnect my airtel digital connection and want refund all balance of my account.
