Airtel Digital TV – poor services & forceful deduction

from 07.10.13 there is interrupted or no signal/video at my end about which I launched an online complaint having ref.no.DT101000016 on 10.10.13 & DT101600009 on 16.10.13.My complaint remain unresolved till 17.10.13 but company continued debiting my balance as per my daily-burn rate.I want company to adjust my debited amount for those days for which I’ve been restricted viewing due to company’s lapse of service or negligence

forcibly made to pay for services which I couldn’t enjoy

I want my debited amount to be adjusted in my main balance
