Hi, from the time my set of box has been replaced with New but old model set top box from the time i am facing problem- When ever u press remote for decreasing volume a favorite popup comes every time whenever i will do this activity and vise versa.

Not able to view canned due to popup, please chase set top box with new model again which i was having earlier, please replace new box as it is under warranty. Also i have shared this problem 2 times before but no action is taken still.

Please change set top box with new set top box and share why this problem came. Give 6 Months of current pack subscribtion as compensation.
