I had tried to recharge my AIRTEL DIGITAL TV 3007728838 with Rs.350 on 6th March 2014 from ezpayonline.in. Transaction ID: 14812598 But I did not receive recharge and the transaction on ezpayonline.in website also shows as failed. After several emails, they finally responded on 12th March 2014, stating they have recharged my airtel dth with id – 10597. But I have not got any recharge from ezpayonline.in and it is a fake id from them. My Payment ID is 1427654 from payumoney.com (I paid money via this website). I even contacted them regarding their buyer protection and refund. But they are saying that buyer protection is not applicable on this (ezpayonline.in) website. Kindly check attachment for the proof.

I just want my Rs.350 back to my bank account. I don’t trust both the websites. Also compensation for what I have gone through.
