Airtel – Digital TV refund Not received even after 3 months

I have booked an Airtel Digital TV HD+ on 21st April 2013 over the Airtel customer care number. In the same call, I paid Rs.2590/- for the digital TV using Standard Charted credit card. Immediately after payment, I came to know from the same executive that the advertised feature is not available in the hardware he sold to me and I requested to cancel the order in the same call. Since then, I am in touch with Airtel Digital TV for the refund of my money over email and phone. There is no positive response till now. They have poor customer care service and each call is taken as a new request rather than a follow up.

I would like to get my money Rs.2590/- refunded along with an interest of 3% per month. Also Rs. 100/- for each call and each mail I made or sent for waste of my time, telephone charges or internet bandwidth charges.
