we have a dth connection of airtel from a very long time, but the provider service is not proper. recharge amount adjusted in his way in my advance payment without my concent or prior information. so i change my service provider and i want to refund my security money which is payable by us. further a legal notice send to me that i return the set top box but he can not refund my security money, which is completely illegal acts of torture of consumer. thanks for your kind consideration.
