Airtel Digital TV – Reversal of payment-disconnection without intimation

I have recharged Airtel Digital TV for 300 from my Bank account on 15th. After 2 days, they have disconnected my line stating negative balance. When i call their CC, they are telling me, the amount has been transferred to my account. I have not received any amount until 18th December 2014. I have been ADTH customer for more than 5 years

If amount is getting reversed to customers bank account, Acknowledgement must be given and customer be intimated. I would like to get back the money from Airtel what i paid from the initiation of Service.
