Hi, I buy one Airtel DTH SD Connection on 2nd of sept online through their Website. Before buying the connection i put my number on their Site and got a call from their sales executive. I put my query to their Sales executive that I have Samsung 720 P led tv and looking for a connection, but i have doubt if connection will function with my TV as my TV is from USA. Their sales Executive check with someone from Their staff and assured me that our connection will work with your TV and if there will be any issues, my money will be refunded. Based on their assurance i boought Airtel DTH SD connection on 2nd Sep 2013 and on same evening their engineer comes and install the connection at my TV , while i was in Office. Since they intall their connection Video was coming in Black and White. Next day i call their customer care and complaint. on 4th Sep their Engineer comes and check and told me that this Set up Box will not work with my TV and it will remain B&W. I called their customer care and request them to take their set up back and refund my money as promised. They escalate this to their senior executives and after few days they told me that there will be a disconnection request and their engineer will come and recover the Set up and after that with in 15 days my money will be refunded. Disconnection happens on 17th Sep and their Equipment recovered by them on 18th sep. But i have not received my money yet. Every now and then i call their customer care and they told me that your case is already escalated , our team will call you and your money will be refunded soon. But in spite of everything they are not refunding my money, also i am not getting any callback from them.
