I have booked airtel digital TV HD+ onilne. it cost me 1950 with HD+ stb and 45 days Mega HD pack just after that by logging into my airtel mobile account i got to know of digital TV offer for mobile customers its 999 for HD+ box with 30 days of MEga HD pack. I was felt cheated that none of the customer care knew about offer for mobile customers. I am along time airtel mobile customer. and now stepping into airtel digital TV too. please move me to the plan for mobile customers ie:- 999 and refund / credit back the balance amount cuss ID 3015654007 Transaction ID 1116394288 I have made two complaints to airtel but no response. also escalated to nodal officer still no response. airtel compliant number DT111600016 DT111700006

I want my plan to be changed to 999 and the remaining amount[1950-999] be credited to my DTH account as credit.
