Airtel Digital TV – unhappy with the technical support of the service provider

My Airtel dth disc has been dameged due to the effect of cyclone Phailin on 12th of October.I had lodged a complain (No. 33964512) before the service provider on 15th of October for re-installation of the disc antena. They had given me a date on 16th october wednesday for the re-installation. But I waited all the day without going to my work but they didnt come. Then I lodged a new complain and they gave me a new date on 17th oct…but nobody had come. 2.Even if I have lodged a complain for re-installation the service provider is deducting money from my account as daily tv viewing.

1. Re-installation of the service. 2. Compensation for the loss of my daily work. 3. Return of the money deducted from my dth account.
