Airtel Digital TV,Periodical disruption; lack of signal

5th time, in less than one year I faced disruptions in signal and encountered problems from Air Tel Digital TV service providers. Also I have noticed that I was getting lesser than 30 days service for the recharges I made. Moreover, call centers were not responsive, failed to register my complaint. When I used to call,their systems were down as told to my by your executives. Above all, all the time they claimed it was the problem at my end though while it was a total failure of system and signals at their end. Moreover, they are demanding money from me.

Unable to watch TV for almost 12 to 13 days or more since subscribing to this service provider.

I would like to receive the refund as their services are below satisfactory. They should take back the Settop box and antena and refund the money fully back so that I can subsribe to better service provider. Also, they should compensate for the days I could not watch, as I was out of touch with world developments, and I was deprived of crucial information.
