Airtel is providing 3G Data Plan to different customers at different prices. eg. I have been charged Rs. 249 for 1GB 3G data, whereas same has been provided to many customers at Rs. 123. When contacted senior executives of Airtel, Assam, they could give any satisfactory reason for this discrimination amongst customers.I was asked to hold for complaining to nodal officer for almost 20 minutes, without any response from their end. I donot have any documentary evidence as the discussion was limited to telephonic conversation on 28.1.14 and 29.1.14 which is evident from the call records.

I want either the same benefit to be extended to all airtel customers or to withdraw the benefit from the customers selected by airtel in order to avoid this discrimination amongst the customers.
