This is strange conduct by AIRTEL , against DND registry violation

1) My Mobile no 9878500961 is registered in NDND registry vide ref no :- W1009004827 DATED 22/12/2008
2) AIRTEL’S Telemarkteer’s call from different numbers for “ADD ON CONNECTION”- Which as per AIRTEL executive are prepaid numbers
3) On complaining to AIRTEL , they give long dates for resolution – and suddenly send a SMS , issue is resolved and closed
4) Then thro all maze of AIRTEL customer care with much difficulty the details of resolution are obtained , which are all different on same complaint from one executive to another executive and from one e-mail reply to another e-mail reply
5) These resolutions are usually incomplete, lot of action is left pending , to which answer never comes, and are nowhere near your (TRAI) guidelines as in your website , as I could understand it
6) STRANGE PART IS , THAT EVERY CALL COMES FROM DIFFERENT NUMBER FOR SAME THING (AIRTEL ADD ON CONNECTION) , SO ONE OF THE STANDARD RESOLUTION IS

7) THE “CONCERN” IS AIRTEL , SO WHERE IS AIRTEL SENDING THE WARNING LETTER
8) AIRTEL ALSO REFUSES TO DISCLOSE THE CONTENTS OF SO CALLED WARNING LETTER , NEITHER SHARES THIS LETTER
9) EVERY VOILATION IS FROM DIFFERENT NUMBER – AUTHORISED OR NON-AUTHORISED , AND SINCE IT BEING A NEW NUMBER EVERY TIME , RESOLUTION REMAINS THE SAME
10) BASED ON WARNING LETTER’S ISSUED BY AIRTEL , I HAVE SOUGHT DETAILS FOR FOLLOW UP ACTION TAKEN (MAIL PASTED BELOW) , IS IT OK TO ASK DETAILS OF ACTION FROM THE CONSUMER – REPLY FROM AIRTEL AWAITED
