I Had tried to make an online payment on the 11/05/2013 at around 10:00 pm in the evening for my Airtel Dongle Prepaid Account Number 8452823784.I tried making the payment thrice for three different amounts namely 655,755 and 755.Each time i got the same message that due to technical problem the payment could not go through.However all the above mentioned payments has been deducted from my account and i havent received refund for the same.I am following up with the Airtel gallery at Vile Parle East but have not received my refund

I need a refund for an amount of Rs 2165 that was deducted from my account.
