I raised a request for Airtel Broadband online. I received nearly 20 calls enquiring for various details. Once I submitted document on Friday-11th October 2013. I was assured that connection of 2 mbps is possible in my area( after feasibility check was done) . i gave 500 re deposit (refundable). Now it is tuesday -15th October 2013 and there has been no communication from Airtel. When i called them , they told me connection is not possible due to cable problems. I have been kept in dark. They didnt tell me this as feasible study was already done.how can cable go wrong in matter of 2 days. I need the connection , its urgent for me. I am not sure what to do.
