Hi, I requested airtel for re-installation of my DTH at different location for which they are charging Rs250/- + they are asking for jointer and connector extra charges, Now my question is this why they are they charging Rs 250/- when joiner and connector are extra chargeable. I believe they are charging more. Please look into this with Airtel people. Please give more clarification on this why are they charging so much.
