Airtel DTH Poor Quality of Service

My Airtel customer id is 3004949561. I have raised request for Airtel DTH re-installation after change of house address. I am not getting proper response from Airtel customer service for the past two days.

I have recharged my account with Rs.300 and my DTH balance is burning at Rs.14 per day.

I need the recharge amount back as Airtel people are not coming for installation.
