I had purchased a DTH connection from Airtel online on 26th day of October, 2012 vide receipt no. 21800126. I have also been allotted with a customer ID which is 3011220108 and my registered mobile number for this connection is 9891433501.
In spite of my repeated call to the various numbers provided to me and repeated assurance, till date no connection has been installed at my place. I have filed complaints on Airtel presence ,the so called help line ,vide complaints no DT110600022 & DT110800009 which are removed unattended. On 9-11-12 again written to them vide complaint no.DT110900056. I have made n numbers of call on different numbers, where either they disconnect phone or make false promises.I had visited their authorised dealers which have a simple reply that you have not get it connected from us so ” go and talk to Bombay”.
Kindly let me know what I can do to get a refund from this company who doesn’t value a customer and have perhaps the worst services in India.
