Dear Sir, I have mobile no 9967349338. My sim is damaged and hence I had contacted Airtel . They asked me to go to airtel relationship centre, accordingly I had been to Airtel relationship centre Nashik, but they replied your sim is deactivated. Then again I contacted Airtel, they confirmed that sim is still active and I was directed to go to Airtel Relationship Centre again. I had been there before ten days. They told me to come after 4 days for duplicate sim, But even now I am not getting Duplicate Sim, neither there is no one responsible authority to look into.

Change of postpaid plan to prepaid
Postpaid no.9818604159 was given for change to prepaid in sec-25,Noida on 12/10/13, but still same is not active & no signal received.
