Airtel – Excess Bill over the credit limits

Dear Sir, With respect to my earlier complain number 58726/4/2013, there were certain communication on 25/6/13 stating that Airtel will require some more time for resolution , same was being communicated on 26/6/13 and on 14/7/13 there was communication that you were waiting to hear back from me. I am not getting what was my concern I have already informed in the complain and you have not communicated any resolution regarding the same as i have communicated in the relief column and waiting to hear from me. Now toady i.e. 07.08.13, I again received the call from Airtel (8130233883, Karan Singhal) stating about my dues for the Airtel number 9560001719, i informed him that i have already lodged a complaint in the consumer forum and it is under discussion. Airtel have to revert back on my complain. He in turn informed me that there are several such types of consumer forum complains coming to Airtel and it does not affect them. In turn I replied him to please convey the same through consumer forum. He told me that if I am going to consumer forum it will create a problem for me and not for them. He was talking in such a way that he is ahead of law. He also informed me that if I am not going to settle the amount right now than i have to face similar consequences that I have faced in past. He after that also called one of my friend and told him that me and my wife is facing a serious case in crime branch regarding this issue and he is to help Airtel in order to have no problem in future. This is something which is really not expected from Airtel. If Airtel has not resolved anything how the complain can be closed. It is a serious concern for a consumer. I would request consumer forum to intervene and resolve the issue at earliest. with regards Arvind Jain

Please provide me NOC for the number and please do not call to me or any of my family members, friends regarding this.
