Airtel – Excess charges on Plan

Dear Sir/ Madam, We have opted porting (from Voda to Airtel) on two numbers ( 9999 821 xxx and 9868 75 xxx) and taken a new Airtel connection (9958981xxx) after regular calls from airtel. in which we have revived call from 011-48650xxx and from Mr akhil 9910318xxx and Mr. Ramesh (8802311xxx) from Airtel. Below are the details of plans offered to us which is available with us in written: a. Porting on 9999 821 710: 900 Local/Std calls, 200 SMS,1 GB 3G data and free calls on 9958 981 710 @ 399: Form Serial No.- DLPD 576410. Security deposit paid Rs. 250 which was to be adjusted with first month rental. b. Porting on 9868 75 2007: 900 Local/Std calls, 200 SMS,1 GB 3G data and free calls on 9999 821 710 @ 399: Form Serial No.- DLPD 576409.Security deposit paid Rs. 250 which was to be adjusted with first month rental. c. New connection- 9958 98 1710: 900 Local/Std calls, 200 SMS,1 GB 3G data @ 399: Form Serial No.- DLPD 576411.Security deposit paid Rs. 250 which was to be adjusted with first month rental. Complaint No. 1: The actual plan activated on our numbers are not as mentioned above. For ex. We found only 500 MB 3G data is given when asked from CC after activation of Airtel connection. Complaint No. 2: We have received first bill of the above stated new number (Point c above) and some one time charges of Rs. 250 are added in the bill which were not disclosed earlier while telling the plan in detail by Mr. Ramesh and Mr. Akhil from Airtel. Further, Security deposit paid is also not adjusted against the monthly proportionate rental. Further, We have talked to customer care many times, last call was made on Oct 18 with Mr. Bhavesh having reference no.1598763354.and we have also talked at no.9810012345 but with we did not get any satisfactory results and put call on long hold and then directly disconnected the call. This is totally cheating by Airtel. Would highly appreciate if the above matter will be addressed and resolved at the earliest. In case of unsatisfactory repose/Revert, We would not like to continue our above mentioned three numbers with Airtel and would consider approaching the next level and also file case of mental harassment for wasting our time by making calls to CC and no disposal.

Dear Sir/Madam, We request you that please make a suitable fine on company that give massage in society that they have not offer any think to sell his product in market. They think thrice before offering such kind of things. Please provide us a suitable compensation (as you think fit) for our mental harassment and wastage of our precious time. Please provide our out of pocket expenses and any other amount that you think fit.
