I was using Airtel telecom services (postpaid). Last month I was on international roaming. Airtel has excess charged on billing. 1. They charges more for incoming/outgoing calls than as per international roaming charges mentioned on their site. The incoming & outgoing call rates were Rs. 64 & Rs. 180 but they have charges about ~Rs.74 & Rs. 207 2. I requested to stop my connection on 05-Jul-2013 and i got confirmation for stopping services. still they have charged monthly rental for 5 days. 3. Charges are applied for Internet usages which i have not used. Also few numbers are mentioned for SMS but volume as 0. If there is no charge how come these numbers are in billing list?

I have to pay more than as information provided. also I have written many times to correct billing but they didn’t do

I want to get the corrective bill amount.
