I have register an complaint that I have facing network issue in my Office address i.e. 24, 1st Floor Okhla Phase -3, new delhi, but till date they have not resolved the issue and not reverting on my problem.

I want that they will give me 50% discount on my bill because they are not serious to resolve the network issue. they have send me mail in month of September saying that they will resolve the issue in next 90 days , but till date I am facing same problem.
