Airtel – false charges debited poor service by centre

Dear Sir/Madam I am having one airtel mobile connection (9971092811) since 2008 but not using this number since year 2010, whereas I am paying the rental to Bharti Airtel.I have opted plan of Rs.700/- as advance rental for 24 months, but very surprisingly after expiry of billing period,Airtel has changed the plan of Rs. 349/- per month without confining with the customer and continuously raising invoicing with penal and late fee resulting mental harassment to my self. And after lot of communication and verbal discussion they have confirmed verbally about reversal of all false charges and will raise bill for Rs. 700 + tax as advance rental for 24 months but inspire of their confirmation they have again raised invoice of Rs. 1395/- inclusive of penalty and late fees. Now I am completely frustrated with the attitude of Airtel and feeling that I have done a blunder to have Airtel as my service provider. I have not used this number for a single minute since 2011 and getting invoice from aitel continuously. So please help in this regard.

Incorrect bill to be reversed.
