Airtel – False commitment during sales

I have purchased airtel 4G number on 24th December and activated on 24th. When demo was given that time i was getting the good speed. But after 3-4 days network issue started and stopped work in night raised the complaint against the same to customer care but no resolution or update been received from them after 2 days 4G number fully got stopped even during days. when i called them again them they are telling me that it will take 90 days to resolve and you have to surrender the number. Also i have purchased WI-Fi router device which is no of use now. Please do needful in the same.

i want there should be transparency while sealing the product to anybody and refund the money which i invested on sales and customer care words.
