I got a SMS from airtel regarding a offer thatis “Content: Rs52=500MB 2G data(10days)on airtel. 150 MB instant,rest in 1 hr”. I recharged with 52 from a retailer Trans-ID: 159149593. I got 250 MB. I called to Customer care one of them replied 1 got 150 MB and within 1 hr i will get another 350 MB. but in real i got 250 MB after 2 hr no other balance i got. so i call 2 times to customer care they kept me in hold and disconnect the line. now itself they are not picking my call.

I just want my 250 MB back. I know Airtel is a good company there may be any technical issue so i will be pleased if i get back extra 250 MB what they offered to me.
