My fixed line 01244241658 is not working for the past 40 days and Airtel is continiously sending me bills and reminders to pay the bill but I fail to understand, why I should pay the bill if I have not availed their services. Several times, I requested them to send some senior person and check for themselves but they send a service engineer and he rectifies the problem but after an hour the same problem reoccurs. I am also using their broadband and IP TV services which are also not working because of the phone. Airtel is not ready to give me a waiver for this period and the phone is also in the same condition till date.
