We are running an IT company and using a connection of AIRTEL BROADBAND & FIXED LINE, from last 2 days our internet and fixed line is dead. Client cannot be reached us and we cannot be able to approach our client because connection is not working. When we contacted AIRTEL Customer care they just transferring call. We haven’t get any response and or any resolvance from them. We had lost our many new clients and only “AIRTEL” is liable for that. We already clear all our previous bill and as I got the information that our line or wire are cut or disconnected by AIRTEL VENDOR “Mr. Lal Singh” in Badarpur, New Delhi Area. They have some mutual problem between them. Thats why they both not responding to us. Please submit this complaint on high priority, because we had suffer a lot because of this problem.
