Airtel – fixed line shifting extra money charged problem

i was using airtel fixed line services with phone no 01204239919. My plan was advance rental plan under which i had submitted rental for 6 months in advance. after 2 months i made a request for shifting which was acknowledged by customer care executive, but same time he did not inform me that if i shift my connection my balance is going to be lapsed in auto. Later my connection got shifted to new place and i have been allotted a new no 01204116162. after shifting i had been informed by airtel officers that your money has been lapsed and you have to pay your bills again. I took this issue to customer care level as well as nodel officer level. My case is still pending after 5 months and i am keep on receiving notices from legal department from airtel. And in the end i have made request for disconnection but my connection is not being disconnected from airtel side.

My connection need to be disconnected on permanent basis. I want my balance to be adjusted with my new fixed line no & airtel should be penalties for such unprofessional acts. Compensation for myself due to mental harassment caused by airtel.
