I am using airtel postpaid for the last 3 years. My number is 9633307700. Today I got my bill for the period 20-Sep-2013 to 19-Oct-2013. In the bill the monthly charges are shown as 423. My plan charge is 99 plus Internet plan of Rs.125 which should be Rs.224 in total. I was using internet plan of Rs.199 till last month. I changed to 125 plan as the Internet plan was not good enough and the promised speed is also not there as per the plan. How can you charge fro two plans for the same period??? If it was there, you should have Intimated me while I opted for the change of plan. You people are not at all transparent. You are completely acting against the regulator TRAI’s guidelines. I want my money back. Or else I will forced to port to a new network. I have already generated the porting ID AL618557. My decision will depend on the action from your side regarding my complaint.
How can they charge for Two INTERNET packages for the same period??? And for your kind information, I am not going to continue with airtel, so no need to thank me for continuing with airtel. Ridiculous customer Service. Today, somebody from the customer care called me to know the reason for my porting. When I asked about this complaint, He was saying that, there is no such complaint pending with you people.
