Airtel – Frausted service

Hi Mobile No: 7387002190 Detail of all problem is given below I Received Call From Airtel tele Marketing on 24 aug, say they are giving me choice to pay advance rental of 1999. for 6 month. My exisiting blackberry 599 plan and its services will not change, just rental taken in advance. Just after that call they have stopped my blackberry services and changed my plan. After loging fresh complain(after 2-3 day of that occurance) for that they have restarted my original plan on 26 august. but now they have charged me for my existing plan 599 and also for 1999 plan. and billed me 3196 INR, (Rs 2000 more that usual). ow reoslution till now. getting false commitment from them continuously regarding this but no resolution till now 4 Oct 2013 , Mr DhanRaj Amre (Customer care Executive – Airtel Gold Care) confirmed he will process 1999 waiver in 72 hours. Today When I gave followup call Ketan Teli say as per our analysis of call and charges are correct. We will not give any waiver.

1999 Charge should be waiver should be given in bill and concerned person who have misguided and person who have manhandled should be punished.
