I am one of the old customer(Past 7 years) having 4 accounts with airtel. I had a believe that one of the Best Service Provider in India. 1) Post Paid Connection 2) Pre-Paid Connection 3) 3G Datacard 4) IBM Conference Bridge Problem with Prepaid Connection(9741984161) I was vacation(from Dec 9th to Dec 13). I went to my Native Place. Suddenly in my vacation incoming call was stopped. I thought some problem with Network. After two day Outgoing also stopped. Then I contacted customer care, They told you have to resubmit the application with ID and Address Proof. I was in my native place, I could not do it immediately. After return from vacation I went Airtel office and submitted the same. Resubmitted Application Serial Number KKB1146235 with ID proof and Address Proof on 18-Dec-13. Still my connection was restored. While checking with customer care they told your connection is barricaded. Cann’t be restored. Is it true? How this is done with out notice of the customer? My Phone number is linked to GAS, BANK ,Aadhar, Ration Card and My office contact. I believed airtel service provider and shared my number. It is very hard to change my contact. I need same number and advise. I lost my balance of that account….. am I done mistake believing and faith on Big Company Airtel? Is Airtel Service Provider will not inform the customer before permanently deactivation of SIM? If Customer is on vacation or Mobile is not working for some time, Will you deactivation the SIM? You should have given enough time to provide the documents. Telephone Number is very important and sharing with Bank, e-Aadhar etc… It is very difficult to change all and effort.
