Hi sir/madam, My phone no is +919997763317 and it is a 2G sim. I had activated a net pack of 154 (data plan of 500 mb 2g and 500 mb 3g) on this no. today, the net pack is not working. I have called up customer care several times but they have not been able to resolve my problem. I have tried to reinstall settings both manually, with the help of customer care representative and through auto mode. But in either case, the net pack is not working. I want to inform to you that my previous pack of 19 was properly worked. This is causing high inconvenience for me. Kindly get this resolved.
