My number was reliance before and i did number portability because i have been facing problems. One week after my airtel sim got activated, my sim was blocked saying the documents were not submitted. This happened on saturday and i submitted my documents on the very same day to Ms. Saumya at the airtel office in adyar, chennai(silverline). She said the sim would get activated on monday. It did not even get activated on tuesday so I went to the office again. They said it would get activated the very same day. It did not. I called up the office the same day Mr. Wilson told me it would get activated. No Change. I went to the office AGAIN on wednesday(today) where I was informed it would get activated, nothing till now. What should I do?my number is 9543443936. I thought i could trust airtel thats y i switched.
