I am Airtel prepaid user.I have acitivited internet service by paid Rs.98 as per thier plan.Airtel has deduct Rs.10 on dt. 20/06/10 at 1.00am for downloading game. I have contected customer care for this matter and they have replied that this was deducted by misteke and called me that they will stop this service within 4 hours. After this again they have deduct Rs.50 from my balance for downloading java game but i have not download it. So pls do something against Airetel and take favourable step against them.
