As I am in a package of 30 paise per minute in Airtel prepaid service. They are charging nearly 2 paisa per one sec without any specific information. This is not the first time with airtel. When we contact customer care, they will not solve the problem and they will send the sms like your concern has been resolved to your satisfaction. but nothing they done, just they are looting custemers money and giving harassment to the customers.

Specific call charges and prompt services and genuine information from customer care. Re embursement of my money and good call charge package
