This complaint is in regard with the communication letter addressed to me dated 19/04/2014 by Airtel. The letter said that the amount of Rs 3385.62 is still pending on the account. Following is my case: 1) Our previous connection (Landline No 8040904xxx with A/C.No 7005999467) was not enough for our requirement so based on the Airtel help center recommendation we switched to higher bandwidth plan( our current connection A/C.No 7010234853). 2) Some Airtel personnel came to our residence and setup a new connection and when we inquired what we have to do with our old connection, the information passed to us was ” company will take care of it and you don’t need to do anything , the current connection will be disconnected and you can start using the new connection”. 3) Now the situation is this grave that I am getting a letter saying that Rs, 3385.62 has to paid otherwise some actions will be taken against me. So the conclusion which I make out is that I have to pay for my current connection which I am using and for the connection which I’m NOT USING, the one for which i was informed that COMPANY will take care. Grievances: I went to the Indiranagar Airtel help center and was informed that my old account is not used and my problem is genuine and it will be rectified. I wrote a mail to airtel Appellate department also and they also said they are looking into the matter. Now i get a call from Airtel on daily basis from different department about this bill. Sometime they say that it is rectified, sometime they say i have to pay the bill. I don’y know hat to do. You guys are my last hope. Please help!

I want to see these guys should accept there mistake. I don’t want any money, but god knows how many customers they have harassed. Please look into this matter and make them pay. They are trying to make extra bucks from the customer who pays their bill always.
