Airtel – improper billing charges not proper response

This is regarding the improper billing charges for my postpaid mobile. Airtel people divided my single call (10 min) into several times( eg. 28sec,38sec,25sec) and charged 50 paise for each.they have done the same thing for several times in my march-April 2014 billing cycle.i forced to pay more.i called several times customer care executive and asked for the explanation.but till now i didnt get proper response from airtel.

i want my bill to be corrected and i want the explanation form airtel for the wrong billing.
