Airtel – Inappropriate balance deduction citing SMS charges

On 12th Jan.2014, Airtel sent me a message citing balance deduction of Rs.1.50 for an outgoing SMS. On calling up 121,an executive confirmed that an SMS was sent at 3.36pm& she mentioned some number ending with 45888 on which the SMS was sent. She even asked to check the recipients full number by dialing *121*7#. On dialing the same I was unable to find any such number. Repeated calls to the executive failed to provide any solution as they kept on arguing on their stand. Ideally, a layman would laugh on my stand I have spent around Rs.2 on calling their helpline no.fighting for an inappropriate balance deduction of Rs.1.50. But, I feel really let down by such worse services &money making schemes they have employed by conning millions of ignorant consumers like me. Awaiting your intervention into the matter.
