Hello, With humble request, i would like to bring into your notice that i am suffering from the airtel from past 2nd feb 2013 till day, i logged my complaint in return they had closed my complaint and generate a new complaint no. after there SLA passed with excuse that they can not open any complaint till so long. i have called and raised this issue over the mail and phone many times but they are not taking this seriously, even i asked to them to provide me the escalation mail id of the highest person, instead of this they are not providing me any id not even providing any resolution.
recovery executives misbehaved with me, and mentally mentally harassment. they changed all my equipment and still they are no where and no result My recent complaint no. which they generate is 45366074, all my complaints got closed with out any resolution
