Hi Team This is uday, I would like to make a complaint about the Airtel service and technical team (saravanan and Srinivasan – 9840000304), who misbehaved over the call even they don’t know how to treat the platinum customer. Refer the below Service request which i had been raised for ISD call issue and more then 3 weeks still they couldn’t resolve the issue. However, on 23rd Dec they conveyed that there was problem on my iPhone and suggest me to check with iphone service centre. If i asked what need to check (as conveyed your phone with buffing sound. During that time i was in hospital and not in the right mood to fight with them. But i suggested there is no problem on my iphone. At the same time, these technical guys saravanan and srinivasan who misbehaved over the phone to disconnected the call immeidatlley while asking to resolve the issue. It’s indeed frustrated me and then i leave all my works to check my phone in the service centre (useless job)who has confirmed theta there is no problem on my mobile and these people are not understanding the customer criticality of the life issue. Eventually, issue has been in airtel configuration ( who had been reset the configuration) then what the hell they asked to check my phone. Employer should be take a necessary action with Airtel employee (saravanan and Srinivasan (technical team) # 9840000304. Employee must be mitigate why they behave like this?
