Airtel – Issiue of Duplicate SIM

I have a Mobile connection with Vodafone. No 8086035934.This SIM is connected to my net banking account. On 21st Sept, at about 7 PM I found that my SIM is not working. The message in the mobile is SIM not registered. Immedietly, I contacted the consumer complaint No 111 and was told that the SIM May be damaged. On 23 Sept, I found that RS 4.24 L was fraudulently withdrawn by net banking from my ICICI SB account. I lodged complaint to the TRAI Appellate authority by email. My complaint is 1. Without my authorisation, my SIM was blocked and duplicate SIM was issued which resulted in loss of Rs 4.24 L. 2. Vodafone did not check the correctness of the claim of the person approached for duplicate SIM. My alternate mobile number., land line number and email are with vodafone. I think the vodafone staff colluded with the fraudster to cheat me my hard earned money.
