i am a user of airtel network mobile number 9449331xxx. after activating internet services in my mobile, flash messages of airtel live is blocking me to surf in the internet.i have not activated any airtel live services. several times i have complained in airtel customer care center 121 but is has been not yet solved. the complaint reference is: a) cbdan20321381753 dated 21-03-2014, b)rande40323559382 dated 23-03-2014, c) rande40327169210 dtaed 27-03-2014. these flash messages will block or hack my mobile, and will allow me work. due to this airtel live flash messages i faced loss of rs.50000/-.

i was not able to see any messages or reply sent by customer and because of this i have lost many customers. flash messages have mentally harmed and spoiled my business. i was unable to see any messages sent by customer and could not reply them on time. due this flash messages i h have lost many customers. i humbly request your kind goodself to please help to get rid of this problem and
